Refund Policy

1. How payments work

Langer subscriptions and energy packs are sold only through in-app purchase on the App Store (Apple) or Google Play.
Payments, cancellations of payment and refunds are handled by each store under its own policies. Langer has no access to your payment details and cannot issue refunds directly; we will guide and help you with a refund request.

Subscription: ₩14,900 per month or ₩119,000 per year (auto-renewing). New subscribers may get a 7-day free trial under the store's rules; when it ends, the chosen plan is charged automatically.
Energy packs: 100 ₩3,300, 300 ₩8,800, 500 ₩13,200 (one-time purchases).
Current prices are shown on the purchase screen in the app. We will give notice before they change.

Cancel at any time in the app (Account › Subscription › Manage · cancel), or in iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions (on Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions).
A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
After cancelling you can keep using it until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling during the free trial means you are not charged.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

App Store: in the app (Account › Subscription › Request a refund), or at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Google Play: within 48 hours of purchase from your Google Play order history; after that, contact us below.
Whether a refund is granted, and how much, is decided by the store.

If none of the purchased energy has been used, you may withdraw from the purchase within 7 days.
Once any of it has been used, withdrawal is limited for the used part, as supply of the digital content has begun (Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Article 17(2)5). The app shows this before purchase.

When a subscription is refunded, its benefits (such as 300 every week) end immediately and the account returns to the free plan.
When an energy pack is refunded, the refunded amount is removed from your remaining bought energy (never below zero).
Your learning history and review notes stay as they are.

Users under 19 must have the consent of a legal guardian to make a purchase.
A purchase made without that consent may be cancelled by the user or the guardian. We may ask for documents confirming guardianship.
With Ask to Buy (Family Sharing) on iPhone, a guardian can approve purchases before a child makes them.
